soundLINCS is currently seeking a Project and Development Manager to be responsible for and heading up soundLINCS Lincolnshire wide UpBEAT! music service devoted to supporting mental health and wellbeing through Music, which is the perfect way to boost mental wellbeing, connect with others and try out new skills.

soundLINCS UpBEAT! works in partnership with healthcare professionals and community/voluntary organisations across Lincolnshire offering diverse pathways of referral to a range of bespoke Music activities. The 1-2-1 and group support for adults with an interest in exploring music and unleashing their creative side.

soundLINCS UpBEAT! supports a variety of musical interests and includes bespoke sessions supporting early onset Dementia, Autism Led Music Groups, SEND groups, Mental Health Respite Wards and a wide variety of groups supporting VETS, Prisons, Care Homes and adult homelessness.

The postholder will ensure the delivery is on time, to budget, and of the highest quality of performance, within the most effective and efficient model. You will also work alongside the CEO to develop soundLINCS, seeking opportunities to grow the programme sustainably and pursuing funding from appropriate sources.
