Kent Music is looking for an inspiring and driven Orchestra ONE Manager to develop this unique ensemble for young musicians aged 11-18. You will oversee the administration and delivery of three exciting four-day projects each year. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you’ll develop opportunities for young musicians to create original music and experience the joy of performance.

This role offers flexible working hours around project dates and the chance to work in a supportive, values-driven organisation that believes music changes lives.

£35,226 pro rata, per annum

Part time, 0.2 FTE (hours/days fluctuate based on course dates)
