Merton Music Foundation (MMF) is looking for a highly organised, proactive administrator with a passion for music education and excellent people skills to join its Admin Team from September 2024 on a part-time basis. Salary: £24,000 (FTE = £30,000)

MMF has undergone a period of rapid development and innovation since the pandemic, developing new programmes and ways of working and reaching over 8000 pupils each year through its teaching programmes and special projects. 2024-25 will be an important period of transition for MMF as it forms part of the newly created Hub Lead Organisation for South West London.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator, able to take responsibility for vital safeguarding and vetting processes. We are looking for a warm character with outstanding people-skills to act as the face (and voice!) of the organisation, supporting customers and handling queries effectively.
