These sessions are designed to equip you with fresh ideas and adaptable strategies for real-world application.

Skill Building: Expand your repertoire and confidence with sessions on iPad GarageBand, folk song sharing, and musical skills.

Collaborative Creativity: Participate in group songwriting, reflective practice, and practical activities for clinical work application.

Relaxation: Experience the therapeutic power of a group sound bath session, aimed at promoting deep relaxation and sensory integration.
